Had them replace my truck window and my window was tinted. They did not put the tint back on and then I can't even get my tint done now because they moved all of my stickers for my car.Wash my oil change where am I visor would go. On top of which they ripped the car wash sticker.So it's not even valid.So now I have to scrape it off my car . And the window shield is sticky

This is the second time we've used the Sharpsburg location and couldn't have been more pleased. They scheduled me within 24 hours and came to the house first thing in the morning; they were done in <45 minutes and I was seated at my desk, ready to start work at 9am. The scheduler and the installers were all courteous, friendly, and efficient. Thanks!

Avoid this business. They do not take your concerns seriously or respect you as a customer even when voicing concerns of mistreatment before money is even exchanged. Imagine how they'll treat you after an install mishap.

I got my windshield replaced back in February. All was fine, the rear view mirror came off a few times but I got it to stay. Last week I went to warm up my car to drive to work, when I went out after getting ready I had a crack in my windshield again. Took it down Saturday for them to look at and they said there was an impact and I needed to pay to get it fixed. I got a second opinion today after work. The second opinion said they don't see any impact and it looks like a "long crack" and that it should have been replaced under warranty. So I definitely think they were just trying to work me for more money. The one kid even suggested not to call my insurance company to report it and try to lower my deductible before they submit the claim so I'd less money out of pocket. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
